Updated: Monday, March 16, 2020:

Monday, March 16, 2020, the Center for Disease Control recommended that we avoid gatherings of more than 50 people and maintain a distance of at least 6ft. from one another to minimize contact. The number changed from 50 to 10. Based on the size of our congregation and the number of weekly attendances. We will maintain a clean environment for those who want to come out if we all work together to practice a few simple rules.

Based on the above information and suggestions from our leadership team, we suggest adopting the following practices.

  1. Leaving an empty pew between every row of seating
  2. Reframe from physical contact, including shaking hands, hugging or embracing.
  3. Remain in the pews during altar calls, and not hold hands.
  4. Parents may elect to keep their children with them during worship, but the youth church will be available for those who want to use it.

We will continue sanitizing our church, focusing on high traffic areas, touchpoints, restrooms, and entryways. Each of you should keep hand sanitizer on-hand and continue washing your hands as needed.

Alternatively, we are working to Livestream the services for the convenience of those who are not able to gather at the sanctuary due to illness or other circumstances. Once we have the processes down, we will give a live presentation during the morning worship of how to view services on-line. Documentation including links and step by step procedures will be distributed.

We encourage members to use online giving to meet our monthly financial responsibilities.

God is at work, so let us move forward with our eyes focused on him. Let’s continue to act responsibly to maintain a safe place of worship.
